ANSI标准白刚玉F400#Suspension treated氧化铝抛光粉是以低钠铝氧化粉为原料，经电熔提炼结晶，先用磨机制成粉末，然后经过酸洗去除杂质，利用水力进行溢流分级。其加工工艺复杂，微粉级别白刚玉的粒度分布集中，无大颗粒，适用于精细研磨，抛光。又因其化学稳定性高，硬度高，热稳定性强，耐磨性能好，也广泛应用于耐磨涂料，工业陶瓷等行业。

White fused aluminum oxide F280 applied to ANSI standard is made from high-quality alumina by melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling. It is white with the main crystal phase alpha-Al2O3. The white alumina produced in titling electric arc furnaces has the advantage of high density and low porosity and good volume stability and thermal shock resistance. As one of the most commonly used corundum in the abrasive industry,White fused alumina has a long history in applications because of its high hardness, good self-sharpening advantages.
